World Mental Health Day: Celebrating Wellbeing Across Our Schools

This October, to mark World Mental Health Day, we’ve been shining a spotlight on the amazing wellbeing initiatives happening across our schools.

From four-legged friends to calm, supportive spaces, our schools are finding creative and compassionate ways to help pupils feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.

💛 At Shenstone Lodge

Animal Therapy sessions with therapy dogs are helping pupils develop empathy, reduce stress, and build confidence.

🐶 At Bailey Street

Our much-loved school dogs bring joy, comfort, and emotional support to pupils every day, helping them feel calm and connected.

🛋️ At Cicely Haughton

The Den, a calm room, provides children with a safe space to regulate emotions and rebuild confidence before returning to learning.

These initiatives show the power of wellbeing in action — ensuring that #everyonelearns #everyonebelongs #everyonegrows.
