After ten years of dedicated service to Manor Hall Academy Trust, Sara Johnson has been promoted to Head of Finance, marking an exciting new chapter in her career with the Trust.

Sara joined Manor Hall Academy Trust in June 2016 and recently celebrated her 10-year anniversary, a significant milestone that reflects a decade of commitment, expertise and support for the Trust’s schools and communities.

Starting her journey by looking after the finances at Cicely Haughton School and Loxley Hall School, Sara quickly established herself as a dedicated and knowledgeable colleague. Her professionalism, financial expertise and strong work ethic led her to the role of Trust Finance Manager, where she spent many years overseeing the Trust’s financial operations and supporting schools across the organisation.

As Manor Hall Academy Trust has grown, so too has the size and scope of Sara’s responsibilities. Her promotion to Head of Finance recognises the leadership she has demonstrated, the strategic oversight she provides and the vital role she plays in ensuring the Trust remains financially strong and well-positioned to support the best possible outcomes for children and young people.

Over the past decade, Sara has contributed to many significant milestones in the Trust’s journey. Her careful stewardship of finances, attention to detail and unwavering commitment have supported sustainable growth while ensuring resources are directed where they can have the greatest impact.
