Focusing on Maximising Impact for Disadvantaged Learners
This week, Manor Hall Academy Trust held its very first Pupil Premium (PP) Conference, bringing together PP leads from across all of our schools.
The day, facilitated by Berni Pearce and Gemma Bailey, focused on how our schools can maximise the impact of their Pupil Premium grant to close learning gaps for disadvantaged learners.
It was a powerful day of learning together, where everybody contributed and collaborated. Practical classroom strategies sat alongside strategic thinking, ensuring that every school could take away actionable ideas as well as a clear vision.
With eyes firmly on maximising outcomes for our children, the creativity and dedication of colleagues was truly inspiring. The power of bringing people together shone through — and the benefits for pupils across our schools will be significant.
