At Meadows and Springfield, safety is everyone’s responsibility – and we’re proud to have a team of dedicated Health & Safety Ambassadors who go above and beyond to keep our environments secure.

Working alongside our Business Manager, Louise Smith, ambassadors Corey, George, and Harrison play a vital role in maintaining high safety standards. Their responsibilities include:

• Walking the buildings to check for hazards
• Inspecting fire extinguishers to ensure dates are up to date
• Identifying potential slip, trip, and fall risks
• Checking windows and doors for security and integrity
• Creating a job list for our caretaker to action promptly
