We are thrilled to celebrate the outstanding outcome of Loxley Hall School’s Ofsted inspection (8–9 July 2025).
Inspectors recognised the exceptional work of the staff team, the commitment of leaders, and the achievements of pupils, many of whom arrive at Loxley having faced significant challenges in education.

What the Inspectors Said
The report highlights that:
- Pupils are “genuinely seen and warmly welcomed”, leaving Loxley with resilience and quiet confidence.
- Learning is shaped around pupils’ dreams and prepares them not just for exams, but for life.
- Behaviour is met with understanding, with safe spaces like The Loft and the Emotional Support Unit helping pupils reset and return ready to learn.
- Pupils thrive in a broad range of opportunities — from firefighting and agriculture to boxing, knitting, Pride Week, and Brew Monday.
- Lessons are engaging and practical, connecting academic knowledge with real-life skills.
