This year, Bailey Street School embraced the festive season with a theme that celebrated unity, love, and hope. Pupils from across the school poured their creativity into crafting gorgeous handmade wreaths, each one a sparkling testament to their imagination and care.
The wreaths were made from artificial flowers, lovingly painted and dipped in glitter, then carefully arranged on circles painted gold. Together, they formed a dazzling display that symbolised the strength of community and the joy of coming together during the holiday season.
🌟 A Special Celebration
On Wednesday 3rd December, staff proudly attended the official opening of the Christmas Tree Festival. The event was made even more memorable when the Mayor of Stafford met with our team, offering warm praise for our unique tree design and the creativity of our pupils.
đź’ť Gifts of Sparkle and Meaning
Adding a heartfelt touch to the celebration, Miss Kinsella left thoughtful gifts beneath the tree for visitors to the Church. Each gift was a wooden heart, painted gold on one side and blue on the other, with a jewel placed inside. These symbolic tokens carried a powerful reminder: to keep sparkling through, no matter what challenges we face.
Alongside the gifts, Miss Kinsella shared a beautiful poem, further enriching the festive spirit and leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
