Manor Hall Trust believes the strongest schools are those that collaborate. As a result, we have a focus on facilitating people from every role to have dedicated time to meet, work together, share their learning and ultimately help everyone improve.
Our Schools are organised into hubs. The headteachers of these schools meet termly to share their strategic plans and look at ways they can work together. Sharing their resources and estates to give every young person the best opportunities. The hubs are based on the type of school and the geography. The hub membership is reviewed annually to ensure that every school benefits.
Our Executive School Improvement Team oversees our networks. Networks are open to any people across our schools who have a particular interest or responsibility. Our networks include; Attendance & Behaviour, Careers, Data, Safeguarding, Curriculum, SENDCOs, AI and ECTs. Our networks meet termly and are chaired by a Brightspot (a leading practitioner from a school). Each network works together on a strategic plan overseen by the Executive School Improvement Team who meet regularly to monitor progress.
We also have termly meetings for Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers. These meetings are focused on learning. External speakers provide fresh perspectives and new ideas. There is also the opportunity for our leaders to share their own achievements in a carousel of short workshops.
