The Manor Hall Academy Trust recognises that the best schools learn and support each other.
As a Multi Academy Trust grows this becomes a challenge. Schools working together is at its most effective when they are in smaller groups. To facilitate effective collaboration, our schools are organised into Hubs based on similar schools and geography. Within each hub, leaders of curriculum, behaviour and safeguarding meet every term to share best practice, challenges and common issues. Headteachers also meet each term, looking at the feedback from these meetings and identifying common priorities they will work on together.
Hubs have organised joint CPD events for teachers and support staff. They have organised moderation and quality assurance. They have developed resources that can be used across their own Hubs and then more widely across the Trust. The Hubs have a governance structure supported by the Trust Central team that ensures that information is shared at every level.
